Healing with Our Mothers + Daughters

I love that this work is not only life-changing for my clients, but for everyone we love as well.

Here’s me + Paz previewing episode 2 of my “Women Healing” podcast that I just got back from the editor on this sunny Sunday morning

(Note: I drop a few F bombs when I talk, so if that’s not the vibe in your family you’ve been warned! )

I am so proud that my daughter is learning and growing alongside of me, watching how I work – and love myself – through my mistakes and challenges, build a mission-driven business that helps others, build wealth, find balance, prioritize pleasure and fun, and have a deeply fulfilling marriage – so that she knows all of this (or whatever she wants) is completely possible for her too!

And that’s one of the reasons this podcast is so meaningful to me – I want mothers and daughters to really SEE each other and have these expansive and healing conversations together, support each other in knowing everything is possible, honor what is right for each person (instead of doing things 1 way or because that’s how it’s “supposed to be”) and have beautiful relationships.

Something that I sadly didn’t have with my own mother until much later in our lives after years of fighting, misunderstandings, not speaking, and polite cold acceptance – which I thought was the best we would get…

Until I started really using my Have It All Method (what I teach my clients and live myself every day) in my family of origin and deeply healed my mother wound and matrilineal line to step into my Empowered Matriarch energy.
